Qualifications BA/BS in social work, psychology or other similar human service field required. Candidates with direct, comparable work experience may substitute one year of experience for each year of an academic degree. Fluent in Spanish a plus. Must have good basic English writing skills and basic computer skills, be highly organized and be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time. Assists mental health consumers in assigned region with forming new clubs/groups. Recruits, trains and supports club facilitators and members as they carry on the activities of the club/group. Organizes clubs/groups to provide needed assistance to help the meeting function smoothly. Attends and participates in staff meetings. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Position is reserved for a current or former mental health consumer, defined as an individual who has been functionally disabled by a psychiatric illness for a period of at least six months during his/her adult life.
